AL - INTERNATIONAL is a law firm in Vietnam established since 2002 under the initiative of the Chief Attorney at Law Nguyen Quoc Hung, M. jur.

AL - INTERNATIONAL is dedicated to serving clients throughout the world in the field of laws on business, especially on Business Idea Development, Investment Project, Establishment and Operation of Enterprises, Trade, Intellectual Property, Labor, Dispute Resolution, Representation before any Court and Arbitration as well as Enforcement in Vietnam. In principle, we provide all legal consultancy and services which the enterprises need.

After graduation from Humboldt University, Berlin, Germany in 1987, Mr. Hung worked as consultant in Vietnam having provided services to many foreign companies. In 1996, he obtained degree of Magister Juris (Master at Law) in George-August University, Goettingen, Germany. In 2005, he successfully completed the JPO/IPR Training Course for Lawyers organized by the Japan Patent Office.

Since 1998, he becomes Lawyer in Vietnam, member of Bar Association of Ho Chi Minh City.

In the capacity as Chief Attorney at Law - Chairman of AL - INTERNATIONAL, Mr. Hung is responsible for general management of the Law firm. He specializes in consultancy related to Investment, Trade, and Intellectual Property. Mr. Hung is experienced in Resolving of Disputes, Litigation as well as Criminal issues and as barrister in Vietnam. He is able to represent clients before all levels of Courts as well as arbitration of Vietnam. He is also experienced in the field of Real Estate.

Ms. Nhung is bachelor at law from the Law University of Ho Chi Minh City in 2001 and graduated from the English Faculty of the Foreign Languages University - Ha Noi National University in 2002. She successfully completed the JPO/IPR Training Course for Lawyers organized by the Japan Patent Office in 2008. She also attended and successfully completed the International Arbitration Law and Practice Course organized jointly by Law Society of Singapore, Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and Khattarwong Partnership in Practice in 2009.

She is qualified in the field of Intellectual Property, Technology Transfer, Investment and Dispute Resolution. She is able to represent clients before all level of courts as well as arbitration of Vietnam.

She becomes a Lawyer in Vietnam since 2003, a member of Bar Association of Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Hung is a bachelor at law from Ho Chi Minh City University. He became lawyer since 2005 being member of Bar Association of Ho Chi Minh City.

He is qualified in the field of Investment, Finance and Stock Exchange. His foreign language is English.

Ms. Ngan is a bachelor at law from Law Faculty of Can Tho University. She became lawyer since 2016 and is qualified in the field of Tax, Trade and Investment.

Ms. Thuy is a bachelor at law since 2013. She has been in a training course for lawyer.

She is qualified in the field of Intellectual Property, Investment and Dispute Resolution.

Ms. Ha is a bachelor at law since 2013. She has completed a training course for lawyer.

She is qualified in the field of Intellectual Property, Investment and Dispute Resolution.

Ms. Tien is a bachelor at law since 2016. She is qualified in the field of Investment

Mr. Khoa graduated from Duy Tan University of Da Nang City specializing in Enterprise Accounting. He is able to provide consultancy on finance and tax matters of the enterprise.

Our law firm cooperates closely with TRAN H. N. and Associates in Ha Noi, which was founded by Mr. Tran Huu Nam since 1992.

Mr. Prof. Yoshitoshi Tanaka, an experienced Patent Attorney in Japan, acts as our counselor and assists our law firm in Industrial Property Right, especially in IP Management for enterprises.

Mr. Rolf Pfisterer is a Lawyer in Germany. His law firm serves clients in many countries, especially German and European Companies in the field of Investment and Trade.
